    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 15 May 2025

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Endlix Solutions website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    2. Services

Endlix Solutions provides custom software development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract signed by both parties. In the event of conflict, the SOW takes precedence over these Terms.

    3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and rights to all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. All rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain with their respective owners. The Endlix Solutions name, logo, and website content are our exclusive property.

    4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

    5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project contract. We typically require a deposit before work commences. Overdue invoices may incur a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

    6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endlix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

    7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

    8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
